1. Register Your Gathering

If you host a franchise meetup (e.g., Genshin Impact, League of Legends, or K-Pop: Demon Hunters), submit your reservation through the official AX cosplay portal. Always cross-reference the official site map to avoid location conflicts.

2. Publish Your Lineup Template

Fill in the official Anime Expo lineup graphic with photos of your planned costumes. Publishing your lineup card two to three weeks before the convention helps photographers, videographers, and fellow cosplayers find you during scheduled gathering hours.

Chapter 3: Advanced Techniques — Shooting Viral Cosplay Transitions On-Site

Convention halls provide dynamic backdrops for creating viral cosplay transition ideas. Filming a multi-day cosplay transformation reel keeps your social feeds engaging throughout AX weekend.

2. The Lineup Stomp: Shoot a boot stomp in casual shoes on Day 1, matching the audio beat drop on each subsequent day to showcase four distinct costumes in a single short video.

3. The Group Swipe: Coordinate with fellow gatherers at your official meetup slot to perform a synchronized lens cover swipe, revealing the entire group in costume simultaneously.
